Woke up earlier than usual to start soaking the beans before I left for work. Couldn’t wait to get home and tie my bay leaves to the aromatic “tree”! Making the beans tonight and will be enjoying them throughout the long weekend! Parmesan tonight, but definitely investing in pecorino and will try to find the fun pasta tomorrow!
